“Grace In Motion is so wonderful!! I can't say enough wonderful things about Vanessa!! She is a beautiful person inside and out!! It seems only fitting that she is coaching others, and encouraging them to be their best personal selves!!! I have the most energy on the days I workout and our family has LOST OVER 100 LBS combined. The weight loss has been amazing but what has been even more important to me is how Grace In Motion has truly changed my life. My health and energy levels have improved drastically! I feel loved for, cared for, and accepted at G.I.M. Grace in Motion has given me more than I ever thought possible and things I didn’t even know I was missing!”

“After a neck injury in 2015, I was diagnosed with three spinal diseases — genetic degenerate disc disease, congenital spinal stenosis, and spondylosis. From 2016-2020, I had 39 epidurals, 12 ablations, an anterior total disc replacement C6/C7 (8/2/2018), and a posterior cervical spine fusion of C2/C3 & C3/C4 (8/26/2019). In 2020 I was diagnosed with osteoporosis after suffering a fracture in C2/C3 & C3/C4 and failing to fuse properly. On 12/27/2021 I had an anterior fusion of C2/C3-C4/C5 and I am now working to get back to the results I achieved back in August of 2020. I have a good 6-12 months to heal and rehab and do everything possible to slow down the osteoporosis. About 4 months ago I began using a Forteo (daily osteoporosis injection) and a cervical bone stimulator (4 hours each night). This along with the surgeries and GIM Protocol is helping to slow down the osteoporosis but it is definitely a daily battle.

I have also been managing Type 1 Diabetes (T1D) since the age of 3 years old (nearly 40 years of living with T1D). Among the pain, I was standing on the doorstep of disability. While the road ahead is still long and challenging…thanks to my surgeons at Indiana Spine and the protocols used by Grace In Motion with ANTI-INFLAMMATORY diets POWER PLATE TECHNOLOGY, and BLOOD FLOW RESTRICTION THERAPY (BFR) along with lots of prayers by friends and family, I’m walking down a clearer path to excellent health. More importantly, I have hope that I can reclaim incredible health and that I can also use the information I am learning about to help others along the way as well.”
