Science aligns with the Bible on the importance of knowing and understanding that we have a need for greater purpose and passion that goes beyond ourselves.. Leveraging our greater purpose and passion in life impacts our motivation and confidence in what we are trying to accomplish with our health. At GIM we believe we all share a common purpose in life. That purpose is to accept the AMAZING love of God and to share that love with others. Before diving into your assessment and your 90 day plan, it is important that we spend time articulating your WHY, thinking through how you will overcome BARRIERS, and setting SMART GOALS.

Ephesians 2;4-10 sums it up really well: "But God is so rich in mercy, and he loved us so much, that even though we were dead because of our sins, he gave us life when he raised Christ from the dead. It is only by God's grace that you have been saved! For he raised us from the dead along with Christ and seated us with him in the heavenly realms because we are united with Christ Jesus. So God can point to us in all future ages as examples of the incredible wealth of his grace and kindness toward us who are united with Christ Jesus. God saved you by his grace when you believed. And you can't take credit for this; it is a gift from God. Salvation is not a reward for the good things we have done, so none of us can boast about it. For we are God's masterpiece. He has created us anew in Christ Jesus, so we can do the good things he planned for us long ago."

Romans 12:6-12, "In his grace, God has given us different gifts for doing certain things well. So, if God has given you the ability to prophesy, speak out with as much faith as God has given you. If your gift is serving others, serve them well. If you are a teacher, teach well. If your gift is to encourage others, be encouraging. If your gift is generosity, give generously. If God has given you leadership ability, take the responsibility seriously. And if you have a gift of showing kindness to others, do it gladly. Don't just pretend to love others. Really love them. Hate what is wrong. Hold tight to what is good. Love each other with genuine affection and take delight in honoring each other. Never be lazy but, work hard and serve the Lord enthusiastically. Rejoice in our confident hope. Be patient in trouble and keep on praying."
